Tend subscriptions are billed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, select Tend, and choose Cancel Subscription. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Tend purchase, and request a refund. If you have trouble, email us at support@tend.guru and we'll help.
In the Tend app, go to Settings › Delete Account. This removes all your data — profile, connections, nudges, pulses, memories, and event history — from our servers within 30 days. If you can't access the app, email privacy@tend.guru and we'll process the deletion for you.
In the Tend app, go to Settings › Your data › Export my data. You'll receive an email with a 24-hour signed download link to a JSON copy of your profile, preferences, and event history.
Check that notifications are enabled for Tend: iPhone Settings › Notifications › Tend › Allow Notifications. Also confirm Focus Modes (Do Not Disturb, Sleep) aren't filtering Tend out. If notifications are still missing, sign out and back in to refresh the device token, or email us.
Mutual features (warmth signals, pulses, shared rituals) require both people to be connected. Open the connection in Tend — if it shows "Pending invite," they need to accept the invitation first. If you're already connected and the data still isn't syncing, email us with both account emails and we'll investigate.
